Generally, the process for POD is simple, but it can be more involved depending on the complexity of the job.

• Clients submit electronic files or in some cases, hardcopy originals to XPI
• A proof is quickly generated and delivered to the client
• Upon approval, the production process begins
• After completion, the finished product is quality controlled and delivered

Some clients may want the finished product to be delivered/shipped to a different entity, that is also a service provided by XPI.

If the client needs to reorder without submiting any changes, the process can be as simple as sending an email request, making a phone call or using our online ordering tool via our website.
